James Gellert
PARTNER
James Gellert joined Windcrest Partners in 1998. He currently serves as President and CFO of our portfolio company, Catalogic. From 2002 through 2008, he was a partner at Windcrest Discovery Investments where he focused on technology and business services investments.
From 1991 through 1997, James was with Oakes, Fitzwilliam & Co., a London-based investment banking firm specializing in public small-cap U.S. companies. James received an AB from Harvard College.
Michael Gellert
PARTNER
Michael Gellert is a General Partner of Windcrest Partners which he co-founded in 1968. Michael is a director of Dalet Technologies and a director emeritus of Seacor Holdings. He was previously a director of Devon Energy, Humana Inc. Six Flags and Regal Cinemas.
Michael is also active in a number of non-profit organizations including the Carnegie Institution of Washington, New School University, Human Rights Watch, the Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts and the New York City Opera. He received an AB degree from Harvard College.
William FitzGerald
PARTNER
William FitzGerald joined Windcrest Partners in 2008. He co-manages the Holyoke Partners funds and is active in the Firm's private investments.
He was previously an analyst at J.P. Morgan Investment Management where he worked on a U.S. small cap equity fund from 2006 to 2008. He received an AB from Harvard College and holds the CFA designation.

Through Holyoke Partners Fund I and Holyoke Partners Offshore Fund we invest with external managers, particularly long/short equity, credit and distressed and sector specialists.
